Refund policy

At Glitter By Kate Wild, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Refunds and returns are available only for quality-related issues. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, wrong style, or other personal reasons.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund:

  • Damaged items (during shipping)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items sent (wrong product)

Return / Refund Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at contact@glitterbykatewild.com with:
    • Your Order Number
    • Clear photos of the issue
  3. After we review your request (usually within 48 hours), we will offer you one of the following:
    • A free replacement (we ship a new item at no cost), or
    • A full refund to your original payment method

Important Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item has been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of incorrect or defective items).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are visible under our brand name.
